Executive Coaching

With Evoking Insights executive coaching, biotechnology and technology executives gain new perspectives and better results by understanding the unconscious drivers behind behaviors and decisions. Executive Coaching Details

  • Format: Individual, highly interactive, in person or by video call
  • Duration: 4–6 months Schedule: 60 minutes, every 2-3 weeks
  • Location: Evoking Insights provides coaching to clients in-person, remotely (via video or phone) or, often, a combination of the two. Visit our coaching page for more details.
  • Packages: Our Executive Coaching packages are described below. Additional coaching sessions can be added to any package, lengthening the duration.

Base Executive Coaching

4 months. Includes:

  • 3 discovery and goal setting sessions, with intake/ review with client’s manager
  • 7 coaching sessions
  • 1 evaluation and sustainability session

Enhanced Discovery Coaching

4 months. Includes:

  • 4 discovery and goal setting sessions, with input from 3–4 stakeholders and coaching charter review with client’s manager
  • 7 coaching sessions
  • 2 evaluation and sustainability sessions — one with the client  and one including the client’s manager

Systems Approach Coaching

6 months. Includes:

  • 4 discovery and goal setting sessions, with input from 6–8 stakeholders and coaching charter review with client’s manager
  • 11 coaching sessions
  • 3 evaluation and sustainability sessions — one with the client and a mid-point check-in and closing session that includes the client’s manager

Spot Coaching

Up to 6 additional sessions can be scheduled within 6 months of completing one of the above packages
